At Beacon Hill Career Training, we believe that cultural awareness is the foundation of compassionate, effective healthcare. Our Cultural Diversity CEU Course is designed to help healthcare professionals build stronger patient relationships, improve communication, and deliver high-quality care to individuals from all cultural backgrounds.

As our communities become more diverse, it’s essential for healthcare workers to understand, respect, and respond to cultural differences. This course provides you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to provide culturally competent care in real-world settings.

Learning Objective:
1. Identify primary organizational barriers that are most likely to inhibit the advancement of diverse groups
2. Define and or describe culture, diversity, cultural competence, and cultural diversity
3. Identify steps toward cultural sensitivity
4. Identify the benefits of cultural diversity
5. Specify strategies for communicating with patients more effectively
6. List adaptations for quality healthcare of diverse population



CE Hours: 3 Continuing Education Credit Hours


Once you have completed the registration process, you will be automatically logged in to your course and can begin immediately. You can also choose to log out and continue at another time. It's entirely up to you!

Our online courses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can start and stop as often as necessary to accommodate your schedule. The student will have 90 days to complete the course.
