How long to I have to complete the course?
The student will have 90 days to complete the course.
If you are unable to complete the course, contact the school to help you work out a suitable completion date. Please note that an extension fee will be charged -
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, As soon as you pass our online training class, you can print your review certificate.
Completion of the academic content of the program will earn you a review Certificate of Completion for the Professional Phlebotomy Technician review class. To become certified, you must successfully pass the certification through NHA.
**Please Note: You are responsible for securing a clinical location for your externship. -
Does this course prepare for a National certification?
The phlebotomy review class will prepare you to sit for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
To take the exam, you must submit your certification, venipuncture, and capillary documents from your previous school to NHA for verification. -
Course Requirement
To take this online course, you should have one of the following: High School Diploma, or GED
previous healthcare experience.
You must also be at least 18 or older to enroll.
To qualify for the certification exam, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Passing requires an average grade of 75% or higher on all assignments, discussions, and course tests. -
